These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.agrofarmerssaffron.com and all purchases made through it. By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us Agro Farmers Saffron is a fifth-generation saffron enterprise founded by the Mir family — the historic Zaaldars (landlords) of Pampore, Kashmir. We grow, process, and export 100% pure GI Tagged Kashmiri saffron directly from our farms in Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
2. Acceptance of Terms By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws, and will use this Website only for lawful purposes.
3. Products & Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Slight variations in colour or appearance of saffron are natural and do not constitute a defect. Product weights are accurate at time of packing and may vary marginally due to natural moisture content. We reserve the right to modify product listings, pricing, or availability without prior notice. All saffron products are GI Tagged and ISO 3632 certified — Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.
4. Orders & Payments All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For international orders, prices are subject to customs duties and import regulations in your country. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship pan-India and to 30+ countries internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. Agro Farmers Saffron is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this Website — including the Agro Farmers Saffron brand name, logo, product photography, copywriting, and heritage story — is the exclusive intellectual property of Agro Farmers Saffron and the Mir family. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission. Unauthorised use of our brand, GI Tag claims, or heritage story for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct You agree not to post false or defamatory content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, engage in any activity that disrupts the Website, or impersonate any person associated with Agro Farmers Saffron.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties Saffron is a natural agricultural product — results from health, skincare, or culinary use may vary by individual. Agro Farmers Saffron does not make medical claims about its products. The Website is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agro Farmers Saffron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
