📋 SHIPPING POLICY

Agro Farmers Saffron 

At Agro Farmers Saffron, we pack every order with the same care our farmers put into harvesting each saffron thread by hand. We want your pure Kashmiri kesar to reach you fresh, sealed, and on time.

1. Domestic Shipping — India All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery timelines: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days. Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 4–7 business days. Remote or rural areas including parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India — 7–12 business days.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹499. Standard shipping of ₹60–₹80 applies on orders below ₹499. Express delivery is available at checkout for select pin codes.

2. International Shipping — 30+ Countries Agro Farmers Saffron exports pure GI Tagged Kashmiri saffron to more than 30 countries. International orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and Certificates of Analysis are prepared for all international shipments.

Delivery timelines: Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait) — 5–10 business days. Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands) — 7–14 business days. North America (USA, Canada) — 10–18 business days. Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia) — 7–12 business days. Other regions — 14–21 business days.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We ship via DHL, FedEx, and India Post EMS. Customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for saffron / Crocus sativus before ordering.

3. Packaging Every order is packed in airtight, UV-protected food-grade packaging sealed to preserve freshness, colour (crocin), and aroma (safranal) during transit. Products are securely outer-packed to prevent courier damage and labelled with product details, net weight, batch number, and certification information.

4. Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. International tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Failures & Address Errors Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are accurate at the time of ordering. Agro Farmers Saffron is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information. The courier will make up to 2 re-delivery attempts before returning the order. Returned orders due to address errors will be reshipped at the buyer's cost after correction.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit Report any lost or damaged order to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
