📋 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Agro Farmers Saffron | Effective: May 2026
At Agro Farmers Saffron, we take immense pride in delivering 100% pure, GI Tagged, ISO 3632-certified Kashmiri kesar — hand-harvested from our farms in Pampore, Kashmir. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
1. Our Quality Guarantee Every batch of Agro Farmers Saffron kesar is independently lab tested, certified, and packed with care. We stand behind the quality of our product unconditionally. If you receive a product that does not meet our standards, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions: you received a damaged, defective, or tampered product; you received the wrong product or incorrect quantity; the packaging was broken or unsealed upon delivery; or the product quality does not match our stated ISO 3632 certification. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the perishable and consumable nature of saffron, the following are not eligible for return: products that have been opened, used, or consumed; products returned without original packaging or tamper-evident seal; products where the complaint is not supported by photographic or video evidence; products purchased during sale or promotional events unless defective; and bulk or wholesale orders, which are subject to separate agreement terms.
4. How to Raise a Return Request Email us at asif@agrofarmerssaffron.com within 7 days of delivery with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". Attach clear photographs or a short video of the product, packaging, and the issue. Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Approved returns will be resolved by replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the nature of the complaint.
5. Refund Policy Approved refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Partial refunds may be offered for partially defective orders.
6. Replacement Policy Where a return is approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost within 3–5 business days of approval.
7. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process applies. To cancel, contact us immediately at asif@agrofarmerssaffron.com your order number.
8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders All bulk, institutional, and export orders are governed by a separate supply agreement. Returns must be addressed through your dedicated account manager.
